***New This Year*** Hot Topic Break-out Sessions.
I've followed my quick steps on how to create a requisition but now I need to change my funding and delivery location… I really wish I could add someone else to my approval list on a requisition... My requisition is complete and has been approved. Now what? ... If you have ever had any of these thoughts then this session is for you. We will go beyond the basic requisition create process and provide information on how to change fields that are defaulted in as part of the create process and how to track a requisition after it has been approved.

10:45 to 11:15 – Sole Source Overview
A sole source justification document is necessary when a department has a need over $10,000 that can only be satisfied by a particular source. During this session we will review how to complete the electronic justification document as part of the create requisition process. Just found out the justification document is necessary and your requisition is already created? No problem, we will also show you how to create and add the document to an existing requisition.

11:30 – 12:00 – Searching in Show Me Shop
Show-Me Shop is the University's virtual marketplace that provides a "one-stop" shopping experience for items from dozens of contracted suppliers. This 30 minute session provides information on item searching "Do's and Don'ts" and Quick Tips on how to refine your search when looking for particular items within the marketplace. You can even add those frequently ordered products to a Favorites list for easy reference.

12:15 – 12:45 – Show Me Shop “Shopper Only Role” Information
Do you wish you could just browse the Show-Me Shop catalog and create a shopping cart for someone else to process? The Shopper Only role is for users who do not need to create Requisitions in the PeopleSoft eProcurement module. Shoppers have the ability to browse items, create shopping carts in the Show-Me Shop virtual marketplace, and assign carts to a Requester, who then creates the requisition in the PeopleSoft eProcurement module. Come find out more about how the role works to see if it's a fit for you or someone else in your department.
